For the Midterm, you have a component worth 12% because it takes so long and it's marked on a Pass/Fail basis.
I'm running it this way because what we're finding in the research is that it's still a challenge to bias training! So, at least with a standardized one with interactive elements, we know we've done more than simply lecture about it. Plus, I like to add variety to your learning strategies.
