Covering the entire course with the heaviest emphasis on the post-Midterm portion (including Ch. 8 & 10-16). Some questions will be multiple choice, true/false, etc. using https://www.zipgrade.com . Please come to the exam with your Student ID (you will need to know your student number). The second portion of the final exam will be Short Answer and Case Study Questions.  Bring plenty of writing tools (pens, pencils, highlighters).
